I have been creating my own guestbook. I found a website called blurb.com. On this site you download some software and then you can create your own books. You then upload it to them and they publish it in either hard or softback form with nice glossy pages. The software is easy to use. They even have formats for guestbooks. I have posted some of my pages for you to see. I designed my pages in Photoshop and then uploaded the picture into my book. There will be a photo page and then a signature page on the other side.
